Terms of service
How it works //
If you are interested in commissioning me please contact me on deviantart or on discord (my user is Darkrise#9068 ). The respective links can be found at the very bottom of the page.
If my commissions are full or not open I am more than happy to add you to my ping list and I will notify you when I am open again.
Payment is required before I begin, however I will endeavour to get a sketch to you soon after payment so you can rest assured that I will do your commission.
I will do my best to keep in contact during the process. I will always show you a sketch before I move onto lining, just to make sure you are happy with the pose/expression and to check that I've not missed any details.

Terms of Service //
I reserve the right to turn down a commission if I am not comfortable with it.
Please be aware that I may take a long time on pieces (roughly a month or so, I do my best not to let it take longer than that). I can potentially put a rush on pieces, if you are looking for a quick turnaround (the quality of the piece will be exactly the same and it will be done in a timely manner however this option may only be available to one customer at a time)
I will keep in contact during the process, particularly if the piece is taking an inordinate amount of time.
Refunds are available during the sketch and lining phase. Once I've begun colouring I will no longer offer refunds. However please know that once I've begun colouring the process is far quicker. (If I have sketched or lined a piece and you request a refund please be aware that I may reuse that sketch or pose in the future for personal work or other commissions. It will of course be edited to fit someone else's character, so I won't look like your character in any way.)
You are more than welcome to contact me at any point whilst waiting for the work to see where I am up to.
I will submit my work to deviantART however you may request that I don't or that I keep the work anonymous. I may also submit the work to my art Instagram, again you can specifically request that I don't. (I will link my art insta here when I open comms)
Payment //
Payment will be made through paypal, I have a paypal dedicated to my artwork.
All payments should be made in USD. It will ask for GBP when you input my email into paypal however please change it to USD. This is to avoid people over paying because of the conversion rate.
Please select "Goods & Services"- this provides you with better protection.
Please select "no address needed"- I don't need to know where you live.
What I can draw //
Currently I can only draw horses, (in the future I hope to expand my repertoire but for now it is equine characters only) .
Complex designs are not an issue, I love a challenge. Though if you are unsure as to whether a design is too complex you are more than welcome to ask me.
I do not charge extra for wings or complex designs but please be aware that wings take me longer.
I will not draw NSFW artwork nor anything containing themes I am not comfortable with. I may, however, draw blood and gore but that is subject to the nature of the piece. If you are unsure don't be afraid to ask.
